One day before the premiere of her Las Vegas residency, Jennifer Lopez opened the doors to her rehearsal process. At the invitation of her manager, Benny Medina, I was granted access to document final rehearsals inside a large studio warehouse in Van Nuys, California.
What unfolded was a precise, high-pressure environment built on months of preparation and the collective effort of dozens of creatives. Jennifer maintained a watchful presence throughout, observing her dancers, reviewing each moment, and giving final approvals as the show came into focus.
Alongside her, directors Tabitha D’umo and Napoleon D’umo scrutinized every movement, transition, and technical detail...nothing left unchecked. This behind-the-scenes perspective offered a rare look at the discipline, collaboration, and unseen labor required to bring a world-class production to life.
