Hello, I’m Walid

I’m a photographer, director, and creative director with a simple mission: to tell stories that matter.

Dive deeper on the About/Contact page, but here’s the gist—whether it’s a colossal brand or a budding startup, I’m all about bringing your stories to life that contain their humanity in a tech-world.

Additionally, I have a passion for mentoring fellow creatives, that’s on the Courses page and my social media.

USHER: Creation & Release

Access is something I don’t take lightly. It’s earned over time, and it comes with responsibility.

The images in this gallery exist because I was trusted with rare proximity. Not just to performances, but to the moments surrounding them.

The planning, the waiting, the quiet decisions that happen long before anyone steps on stage. Part of that access also means knowing when not to photograph. Not everything needs to be shown, but everything needs to be understood.

What makes this work unusual is the level of openness involved. Very few artists at this level allow their private world to be observed with this degree of honesty.

Over time, I was allowed to witness more than the public-facing moments. I saw the work being built, adjusted, questioned, and ultimately released. Much of what I witnessed stayed private by design. What appears here reflects that balance.

This gallery follows the arc of creation and release. From early ideas to finished performances. From private spaces to public stages. It documents a life that has had a lasting impact on culture while remaining personal, disciplined, and human.

This work isn’t about spectacle or access for its own sake. It’s about being present, earning trust, and documenting a process most people never see.
